MPR Systems ("we", "us", or "our") operates DimBuilder. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password via Supabase authentication.

Usage data: We track the number of analyses you run and your subscription plan to enforce usage limits and provide the Service.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

Schema SQL: SQL schemas you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. We do not permanently store your schema SQL on our servers. Schemas are processed in real-time and discarded after analysis.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To enforce usage limits and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
• To detect and prevent abuse of the Service
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DimBuilder:

• Anthropic (Claude API): Processes your schema SQL to generate dimensional models. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com
• Supabase: Handles authentication and stores account data. Subject to Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com
• Stripe: Handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com
• Railway: Hosts our application infrastructure. Subject to Railway's privacy policy at railway.app

5. Schema Data and AI Processing

When you submit a SQL schema for analysis:

• Your schema is transmitted securely to Anthropic's API for processing
• We do not permanently store your schema SQL
• Do not submit schemas containing real personal data, PII, PHI, or sensitive information
• Anthropic may use API inputs to improve their models subject to their data usage policies

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are retained to enforce plan limits. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your account

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
